Meet The Team
Grow Our Village is a warm, inclusive social enterprise helping new parents gain access to baby essential rentals, wellness services, and supportive community programming. We blend product rentals with education and mental health support to ease the transition into parenthood for all families—regardless of background or income. We walk hand in hand with new parents to support them and their new baby during their first year of life.

Audrey specializes in affirming therapy for new and expecting parents. She supports caregivers facing anxiety, depression, over-stimulation, or lack of support. She provides resources and guidance for new parents during pregnancy, delivery, postpartum, and early parenting.
Mikayla A. White
Director of Marketing & Social Media Management
Mikayla studied Creative Mass Media at The University of Memphis and earned her Bachelor's in Communications, with a focus on New Media, from Southern New Hampshire University. Mikayla collaborates with our Founder to market Grow Our Village, designs our website, establishes our brand image, and oversees our social media channels.
